ANNUAL PROPERTY OWNERS and LAKE CLEANUP ASSESSMENTS (APA)

Statements are due on the 15th of the month

Calculations are as follows:
       One lot (with or without a dwelling): $55.00 (effective 1/1/25)
       Each additional lot: $20 yearly
   
       
MONTHLY LATE FEES 

$15 will be added to each delinquent assessment. 

On the day an assessment goes delinquent,

the monthly $15 late fee goes into effect.

Each delinquent assessment carries its own late fee.

Example: If you have two assessments that are delinquent,

your total monthly late fee charge would be $30.
